Our condo is located on the ground floor, centrally located among the 15 acres of landscaped tropical grounds. It has easy beach access, 100 yards from Kamaole III, considered to be one of the nicest beaches in Kihei. The ground floor unit opens to extra large lanai and lawn area. It is ideally located with close access to beach and amenities. It has a central air conditioning system with cooling units in the living area and bedroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Kamaole Sands you are surrounded by lush lawns and tropical gardens as you walk among the fish ponds, fountains, and waterfalls toward the gentle surf of Kamaole beach. At the complex you can enjoy the pool, tennis courts, spas, or one of the many barbeque stations. Perfect for families, you can take the kids to play at the wading pool, hang out on the grassy stretch next to the white sandy beach, or play in the gentle surf as you enjoy a swim. If you like to snorkel, you will enjoy schools of beautiful tropical fish near the shore, and if you are lucky you might even see a turtle or two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
