Please check our online calendar for available dates. Then use the convenient rates page to calculate the charges for your stay. Once you have decided on the dates that work for you, click the e-mail button on that page to send us your reservation request. When we receive your reservation request, we will check availability and reply with payment information. This does not confirm your reservation, it only provides information on availability and cost. We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of your reservation deposit. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations made 60 days in advance can generally be confirmed without a problem. Reservations made less than 60 days in advance can be accommodated in some instances.

Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable $200.00 reservation deposit is required to hold your reservation. Payments may be made using PayPal, credit card, or check drawn on a U.S. bank.

Rental Invoice

Upon receipt of your reservation deposit, you will be sent an invoice detailing all charges and taxes, crediting your reservation deposit, and showing the amount due. The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail and also postal mail or fax if requested.

Full payment must be received within 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations
received short of 60 days, full payment must be sent within seven days of receipt of the invoice. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if full payment is not received within
these time frames.

Rental Agreement

We require all renters to sign and return our rental agreement. The agreement can be found here.

Payment Received Email

After your final payment and signed agreement are received, an email will be sent with the
following information:

• Arrival/departure dates and total number of nights
• Check in/check-out times
• Confirmation number to use upon check in
• Directions to Kamaole Sands
• Condo phone number, Internet/wireless password, etc.

Restrictions

Please check the following restrictions before requesting a reservation.

• Kamaole Sands does not allow pets in the complex
• Our unit has a strict no smoking policy
• The maximum occupancy is 4 people
• Kamaole Sands has quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM

Cancellations

• The $200 reservation deposit is non-refundable
• There are no refunds for for no-shows or cancellations of less than 10 days prior to your stay
• Cancellations more than 10 days prior to your stay are refundable less the reservation deposit

Additional Charges

Unlike other rental sites we do not charge extra for the final cleaning or the resort fee! If however you request additional maid services during your stay we will charge an additional fee.
