Scam artist?

So the question comes up “Are you a Nigerian scam artist?” How do we answer that question, because I’m pretty sure the Nigerian scam artist would also say heck no! Well there are a couple of things that I can do that maybe that scammer can not do.

One thing I can do is show you this…

120040

That is my certification from the AVROA that says I’m me. You can go to their website and look up my number 120040.

Another thing you can do is go to the Hawaii Department of Taxation and enter my taxpayer id W84508918-01 which we show on all websites that we take bookings from because I’m a good guy who pays taxes and it’s the law.

Still not convinced? Ok well you can go to Maui County Property Tax Division and search for us by parcel number 390040040335.

Still think we are scammers? How about give us a call and ask me something in Nigerian. I probably won’t understand you.

How far is it to the beach?

Just about everyone asks “How far is it to the beach?” and the answer is… not very far. To be more specific, according to the video I shot below, exactly 3 minutes and 31 seconds to walk from our door to Kamaole III beach. Sorry for the lousy video, I didn’t want to hold the camera up and have people on the beach think I was taking movies of them and punch me in the nose.

Condo update – Blinds

We have replaced the black out curtains in the master bedroom with blinds. The blinds have separate upper and lower sections, so you can close the bottom for privacy but keep the upper open for more natural light. I really enjoy being able to see that the sun has risen in the mornings. With the black out curtains I never knew what time is was outside and we usually left them closed making the bedroom very dark all the time. We love these new blinds and think you will too.
